1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of AI SEO Portal (the "Service"), operated by Connection Inc. By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

AI SEO Portal is a business platform that helps organizations manage clients, content, work, communications, billing, and integrations. Features available to you depend on your role, organization settings, and subscription plan. We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at ai.seo@connectionincorporated.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes others' rights.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operation.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except where permitted by law.
• Misrepresent your identity or use the Service to send spam or abusive content.

Customers are responsible for how their staff and client portal users use the Service and for content they upload or publish through connected integrations.

5. Customer data

Organizations retain ownership of data they submit to the Service. You grant Connection Inc a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase or in your organization settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

7. Intellectual property

Connection Inc and its licensors own the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service—only a limited right to use it during an active subscription or authorized trial.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use third-party integrations at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connection Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by your organization to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
